There are many different levels of sponsorships available:
FILM FAN INDIVIDUAL SPONSORSHIP: This is a basic sponsorship, for individuals only. Your name will in the program and also on the screen in a list of Film Fan Sponsors on the night of the festival. Cost: $10
PRODUCER: This is the basic level of sponsorship for businesses or families. You will get your name or the name of your business in the ARCLight Student Film Festival program and your logo on our webpage with a link Cost: $30
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER: At this level, you get your name and logo in the program and on our website, PLUS an exclusive, custom-made ad that will be displayed in the theater prior to the festival. The ad will be looped for at least ½ hour as people arrive and take their seats. In addition, this will also be displayed in the simulcast on Youtube, along with a link to your website in the description as an Executive Producer. Cost: $50
OFFICIAL SPONSOR: At this level, you get every advertising option, PLUS marquee placement on the shirt and a video commercial (up to 1 minute in length) at the start of the screening. At this level you become the “Official Sponsor” of the Festival and will have your logo/brand appear in all marketing materials and on the masthead of the festival website, on the front of the program, and on the live stream. Students walking the red carpet will be interviewed and photographed in front of a backdrop with your logo.
PRODUCER: This is the basic level of sponsorship for businesses or families. You will get your name or the name of your business in the ARCLight Student Film Festival program and your logo on our webpage with a link Cost: $30
There is only one of these sponsorships available per year! Only $100
The purpose of the ARCLight Student Film Festival is to encourage young filmmakers to use digital medium in a creative fashion. We plan on giving awards and prizes for the winners of the festival in several categories and also provide a filmmaker’s reception where the students can mingle and share experiences. Therefore, we are also seeking donations in the following categories:
• Food, baked goods, snacks and drinks for the Filmmaker’s Reception
• Equipment and services that can be given away as rewards
• Gift cards, certificates that can be used for audience give-aways
If you are willing to donate anything to this cause, it would be greatly appreciated. All donations will receive sponsorship credit: the name of you or your business in the program, on a large sign at the festival and on the backs of t-shirts. Larger donations may receive more.
